Refunds & Returns Policy

1. If you wish to return stock for different sizes or alternative products, please add £3.50 per item for the cost of sending the new goods out to you. This can be included within the return or taken over the telephone upon receipt of the goods. Please note that this charge does not apply when the returned goods cost over £29.99 as a retail customer or £150.00 net as a wholesale customer.

2. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

3. A refund will be offered on all non sale items if they are returned in their original condition with proof of purchase within 30 days.

4. All returns must be in their original packaging.

5. All sale or discontinued items are none refundable.

6. In the unusual event that you have received faulty or damaged stock please email us at [email protected] to open an investigation. Please ensure that we are made aware of any issues within 48 hours of receiving the goods.

7. Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receipt of returned goods.

8. All returns should be sent to Cimac, Cimac House, Highlands Road, Shirley, Solihull, B90 4NG.

9. Please ensure that you include a note with your returned item stating your full name, your original order number and the action that you would like us to take.
